Subsequently, the data will be erased unless they are required for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In the event the request refers to the activities of subsidiaries, holding companies or agencies of Bernhard Goldkuhle GmbH & Co. KG and this is required for the efficient handling of the request, your data may be transferred to the corresponding company.

You are entitled to request from us and free of charge, any information as well as a confirmation of your personal data stored.

 

Correction

You are entitled to request the correction of personal data or the completion of personal data stored with us, if they are incorrect or incomplete.

 

Limitation of Processing

You are entitled request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, provided:

  • You deny the accuracy of your personal data and this for a period which allows us to review the accuracy of the personal data;

Erasure

You have to right to request the immediate erasure of your personal data for one of the following reasons and if the processing is not required:

 

 

  • The personal data were collected for purposes or processed in any other way which is no longer necessary for you;
  • you revoke your consent allowing the processing and there is no other legal basis to process the data;
  • in line with Art.21 Par.1 GDPR you object to the processing and there are no paramount legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to the processing acc.to Art.21 Para. 2 GDPR;
  • the personal data have been processed wrongfully;
  • the erasure of personal data has become necessary to comply with the legal obligation according to EU law or the member states‘ laws to which are subject;
  • the personal data have been collected with reference to the services offered by the information society pursuant to Art. 8 Para. 1 GDPR.

Data Transfer

You are entitled to receive the personal data provided to us in a well-structured, common and machine-readable format. Moreover, you are entitled to the unhindered transfer the data to another responsible person. In the execution of this right you are also entitled to request us to immediately transfer your personal data to another responsible person, if technically feasible; however, freedoms and rights of others must not be restricted.

 

Right of Objection

In the event we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests or those of third parties “only” (Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR), you are entitled to object to this processing.  In the event of an objection, we will discontinue to process your data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds in favour of the processing and these grounds prevail your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is required for the enforcement, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You are entitled to revoke your consent to process your data at any time. This revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing up to the point of time of your revocation.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or legal remedy, you are entitled to file a complaint with a regulating authority, above all in the member states of your residence, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement if you deem the processing of your personal data not in line with GDPR.
