- in line with Art.21 Par.1 GDPR you object to the processing and there are no paramount legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to the processing acc.to Art.21 Para. 2 GDPR;
- the personal data have been processed wrongfully;
- the erasure of personal data has become necessary to comply with the legal obligation according to EU law or the member states‘ laws to which are subject;
- the personal data have been collected with reference to the services offered by the information society pursuant to Art. 8 Para. 1 GDPR.

Moreover, you are entitled to the unhindered transfer the data to another responsible person.
